Can cats and dogs get along?

cats and dogs fight and be friendly a lot,
they both bother and touch whats doesn't
belong to them. I don't know if cats and dog
can get along but if they do then it would look
so so cute. “Fighting like cats and dogs" is a common phrase that people use to mean people argue, fight or don't get along. If you like cartoons, you've probably seen many that portray cats and dogs fighting like sworn enemies. There have even been movies made that pit cats against dogs.
